  • Medical Exam Fee (Annual Check Up) – P 2,500.00
  • Downpayment (Incoming First Year) – P 1,500.00
  • Dowpayment (Incoming 2nd Year) – P 3,500.00
  • Downpayment (Incoming 3rd Year) – P 5,000.00
  • Downpayment (Incoming 4th Year) – 60% of the Total Fees
  • Other Fees (School Uniform, Shop Coverall Suit including Safety Shoes)

  • G12 Report Card, Certificate of Good Moral Character, PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate (Original Copy), Medical Exam (Ishihara / Eye Test, Hearing Test, Chest X-ray 11 x 14 PA / LAT, Complete Blood Count, Urinalysis, and Drug Test), and Admission Tests (IQ Test, Personality Test, Math, Science, and English)

2.  Transferees
